For ten plus years Karen has been a full time REALTOR servicing both sellers and buyers in the New Jersey real estate marketplace. Her solid work ethic, strong organizational and interpersonal skills lend themselves to a smooth and successful transaction. Karen gives focus not just on the end result but developing the partnership with her clients to reach the goal. 

Karen holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Psychology. Prior to her real estate experience, she was employed in the Human Resource field with a position as a HR Manager where she developed her strong negotiation skills, listening skills and attention to detail. She believes in the win/win scenario and providing top service with integrity. 

Recipient of the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award each year beginning in 2008. Karen achieved the NJAR Gold Level 2017 with over 15+ million in real estate sales volume. In 2019 Karen earned membership in the NJ Realtors Distinguished Sales Club Award which recognizes being a recipient of the Circle Of Excellence Sales Award for 10 years 

 In addition Karen holds several designations/certificates;  Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), At Home With Diversity (AHWD) and is a member of the company's Relocation Network, which holds the highest standard in the RELO industry.

Karen volunteers her time on committees with the Passaic County Board of Realtors. Karen is a tennis & pickleball player, book club member and enjoys her family.
